  • International Registered Mail, Faq Policy Page UK, This service includes tracking and typically takes between 10-40 days to reach the destination country.
  • Express Mail Service: Also providing tracking, this option usually takes 5-15 days to arrive in the destination country.

Please note:

  • The shipping timeline begins once your order is dispatched, and “arriving in the destination country” refers to when it enters the country, not when it is delivered to you.
  • We cannot be responsible for any delays caused by customs, so for any inquiries regarding customs delays, please contact your local customs office.
  • Unlike services like FedEx, DHL, or UPS, our shipments are managed by national postal services, so real-time tracking updates are not available.
  • If your shipment status is marked as “In-Transit,” we will wait for updates before reshipping. Refunds and reshipment requests cannot be processed for orders in this status until an update is available. Generally v, , “In-Transit” status means the shipment has not yet been processed by the local customs office.

We offer worldwide shipping. However, it is the responsibility of each customer to ensure that their tobacco complies with the laws and regulations of their country, as these rules can vary greatly.

We are happy to share that our delivery success rate is around 90%. Typically, our shipments reach the destination country within 3-5 business days (note: this does not include final delivery to the recipient). However, we do not have access to local postal service delivery times or customs procedures.

In some cases, local customs may begin the clearance process later than expected, which could take anywhere from 10-40 days. Unfortunately, we do not have visibility into the cause of these delays. Additionally, some shipments may experience processing delays, extending the overall delivery time up to 40 days.

We source all products directly from official importers and retailers, and we utilize drop shipping services for shipping. Our shipments are dispatched from non-EU countries.

Important:
We changed our shipping location in March 2024.
Due to customs regulations in the country of origin, we must declare orders as ‘Tembakau’ meaning ‘Tobacco’.
We cannot declare items as ‘Gift’ or use any other specific declaration.

When Will My Order Shipment Tracking Status Be Updated?

Please note that your order contains TOBACCO. As mentioned at checkout, customers must be aware of their local customs regulations.

There are two possible scenarios:

  1. Customs Clearance Successful: If your order successfully clears customs, it will be processed by the local transfer center for delivery, which may take 5-10 days depending on customs workload. Once cleared, the destination carrier will update the shipment status, allowing you to track your order.
  2. Customs Processing Failure: If your order cannot clear customs due to taxes or other issues, it may be returned, subject to duties, or seized, depending on local regulations. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

If your order is returned, we offer the following options:

Customs Process for UK Orders

Step 1: Orders typically arrive in the UK within 1-3 days from the dispatch date.

Step 2: No updates will be provided by Royal Mail or Parcel Force until your order is processed by UK customs, as they cannot confirm the product’s arrival in the country.

Step 3: If UK customs clears your order:

• The order will successfully pass customs and will be forwarded to the local transfer center for delivery. This process may take 5-10 days, depending on the customs workload, which is beyond our control.
• Once cleared, Royal Mail and Parcel Force will update the status, allowing you to track your shipment.

Step 4: If UK customs does not clear your order:

• UK customs may initiate processing but could deny clearance due to tax regulations or other issues.
• If your order is seized, you will receive a letter from the Border Force, though the process may take up to 60 days. In some cases, no letter is sent, and the reasons for the seizure remain unclear.
• In cases where the order is seized, UK customs will not update Royal Mail or Parcel Force, and no further communication will be provided. This situation, though unfortunate, is outside of our control. Rest assured, all shipments are dispatched via International Registered Mail or EMS.
• If you require assistance, please contact the UK customs office in your area.

Customs Processing for Your Order in the Netherlands

When the Netherlands Customs begins processing your order, there are two possibilities:

1. Successful Clearance:
• Netherlands Customs successfully clears your order (the package passes customs without any issues) and forwards it to the local transfer center for delivery to you. This process typically takes 5-10 days, depending on customs workload and speed, which is completely beyond our control.
• After customs clearance, PostNL will update your tracking status, and your order will be on its way to you.
2. Unsuccessful Clearance:
• If Netherlands Customs begins processing your order but cannot clear it (due to tax regulations or other reasons), your order tracking status may be updated to “Unsuccessful item delivery attempt” or “Customs hold – Customs Authority has held your parcel.”
For details regarding this, you should contact your local customs administration.

If your order status indicates “Return to Sender,” it may be due to customs issues.
Some countries do not accept tobacco products and will mark the shipment as “Return to Sender: Item contains prohibited contents.”
In this case, your order will be rejected and returned to us.

We typically start processing shipments within one day of receiving payment, so prompt communication is essential.
