Age Restriction

This website features images of tobacco and other age-restricted products. To access and use this site, you must be at least 21 years old.

Order Approval & Processing

All orders are subject to approval. Bacwood Cigars reserves the right to modify, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion. Once an order is placed, a confirmation email labeled as ‘Pending’ will be sent, but this does not signify approval. Approval is confirmed in a follow-up email. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be notified.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via international postal or courier services and typically take 5 to 40 days, depending on the destination. Unforeseen factors such as customs delays, extreme weather, or postal issues may extend delivery times, Terms And Conditions Backwoods, which are beyond our control.

Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

  • Missing Items: Customers must report missing items within 14 days of delivery and provide photos of the received parcel. Missing items will be shipped as soon as possible.
  • Wrong Items: If incorrect items are delivered, they must be returned undamaged and in original packaging. If you choose to keep them, please contact us with your order number.

Customs & Taxes

  • Our cigars are stored in a Bonded Warehouse, meaning some are exempt from customs duties or VAT, while others have excise stickers proving that taxes were paid in the country of origin.
  • Import duties, taxes, or potential seizures imposed by your country’s customs are your responsibility. We do not cover these costs.
  • Customers should review their local customs laws before purchasing tobacco from international sources.

Shipping Policy Updates

As of March 2024, our shipping location has changed. Due to regulations, orders must be declared as ‘Tembakau’ (Tobacco) and cannot be marked as gifts or any other category. Additionally, buy backwood cigars will be labeled as “TOMPUSI” (Cigar).

Customs Responsibility

  • We are not liable for customs taxes, charges, seizures, or shipment delays caused by domestic customs authorities.
  • Since each country has different laws and tariffs on tobacco imports, customers must ensure compliance with their local customs regulations.

Returns & Refunds

  • If customs holds or confiscates your package, you are responsible for any necessary compliance.
  • If a package is returned to us within 40 days, only the product cost will be refunded—shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the package is not returned within 40 days, it will be deemed lost or damaged, and no refund will be issued.

Legal Disclaimer

Tobacco is classified as a flammable solid under the International Air Transport Association (IATA) Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR). Due to this classification, no international claims can be made for tobacco orders.
