At Buy Backwood Cigars, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, the goods must be undamaged, in thexir original packaging, Refund and Returns Policy, and as full units. The return must be sent via the National Official Postal Service. Please note, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Reshipment Policy

1. If the order is not delivered due to customer errors (e.g., incorrect address, missing zip code, etc.), we offer two options:
   • Reship: Customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
   • Partial Refund: See Refund section for details.
2. If the order is not delivered due to customs regulations, we offer two options:

3. If customs duties, taxes, or similar charges cause delivery refusal, the customer must return the order to us. After inspection, the following options are available:
   • Reship: Customer is responsible for the shipping fee.
   • Partial Refund: See Refund section for details.
4. If shipping insurance is used and the order is lost by the postal service or not delivered within the designated time frame, we will reship free of charge. If the reshipment is also lost, the responsibility lies with the customer.
5. If shipping insurance is not used and the order is lost, the customer must provide an official loss confirmation from the postal service. Once received, we will offer a reshipment for 50% of the order amount.

Refund Policy

1. If the product is out of stock after payment, a full refund will be issued.
2. If the customer cancels the order after payment, a partial refund will apply after deducting applicable fees (payment provider, Refund and Returns Policy refund fees, etc.).
3. If the order is returned due to customer errors or customs, a partial refund will be issued, minus applicable fees.

Chargeback Policy Chargebacks are only accepted if Buy Backwood Cigars violates stated terms. Fraudulent chargeback attempts will lead to legal action.
